The total estimated initial investment required to being operation of a Burrito Experts ranges from $127,425 to $271,650, depending on a number of factors. This number includes the initial franchise fee of $10,000, training, and additional funds needed for 3 months of your restaurants working capital.

What is the Royalty Fee?

You will pay us a royalty rate is 4% of gross revenues per calendar month for the entire term of your franchise agreement. In addition to the royalty fee, you will be charged 1% of gross revenues per calendar month for a system advertising fee. Because we are focused on your success, we have chosen a royalty rate below the average 5.2% industry standard.

How much money can I make?

Due to Federal Trade Commission restrictions and various state franchising sales regulations, we are unable to give any projected sales or profits you are capable of achieving.

What is my territory and how will it be protected?

You will be awarded a protected territory of 3 miles in any directions from the franchise business, if you are a traditional location. Item 12 of the FDD guarantees your protection from other potential Burrito Experts franchisees. Non-traditional locations which are defined as specific facilities such as: hotels, airports, casinos, transportation centers, universities, stadiums, arenas, theme parks, military installations, or convenient stores are not guaranteed a protected territory.

Will the franchisor help me find a location?

As the owner of your own business, you will be in charge of finding your own location. We, as Burrito Experts, are here to assist you will all questions about a desired location.

Do I need to have restaurant experience?

No!! But a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed is a must. The restaurant business is hard work, but it's not astro-physics. With that being said, the owners and their 25 years of experience, will be there to guide you throughout the process.

What type of initial training is provided?

As a new member of our family, we will provide you with over 100 hours of hardcore hands on, in-house, and classroom training, side by side, with the owners. Once you have finished your initial training and are ready to launch, one of the 2 owners, or even both, will be with you for the first 1-2 work weeks of operations.

Do I get any ongoing support?

The advantage of being one of the first Burrito Experts franchisees is you will have access directly for questions and support by phone or email during regular business hours for the term of your franchise agreement

Once approved, how long do I have to open my restaurant?

Once the agreement has been signed, you will have 180 days to be open for business. We know this doesn't sound like a whole lot of time, but with our help and your eagerness to start selling burritos, we can accomplish any goal.
